Terms of service

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Shipping Time and Delivery
    Standard delivery time within India is 5-7 business days, depending on the location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer. Delivery delays due to courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control.

  3. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, subject to promotions or special offers.

  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring timely receipt.

  5. Address and Delivery Issues
    Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply. If you miss a delivery attempt, please coordinate with the courier for reattempt or pickup.

  6. International Shipping
    We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.

  7. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at kultinnovations@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
    Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are processed. If a cancellation request is made before processing, we may approve it at our discretion.
