Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Proof of damage, such as clear photos or videos, must be provided at the time of the request.
Non-returnable items:
- Used, opened, or tampered products.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
2. Return Process
- Initiate request by emailing us at kultinnovations@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and images or videos of the product.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
- Upon receiving the return, we will inspect it within seven business days.
If the return meets our criteria, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products.
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for minor variations in color, texture, or scent due to natural ingredient variations.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement if stock is available or issue a refund.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.
- If cancellation is requested before processing, we may approve it at our discretion.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
Any fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or policy violations will lead to permanent
account suspension and legal action if necessary.
