Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Proof of damage, such as clear photos or videos, must be provided at the time of the request.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used, opened, or tampered products.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate request by emailing us at kultinnovations@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and images or videos of the product.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
  3. Upon receiving the return, we will inspect it within seven business days.

If the return meets our criteria, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for minor variations in color, texture, or scent due to natural ingredient variations.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement if stock is available or issue a refund.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.
  • If cancellation is requested before processing, we may approve it at our discretion.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Any fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or policy violations will lead to permanent

 account suspension and legal action if necessary.
